Hi, my name's Nika. I am a 1 year old female Alaskan Malamute. I am very sweet, and get along with both dogs and cats as well as people, including children. I am better with male dogs than female ones, however. I know some obedience commands, am house trained, and current on all inoculations. While waiting for my spay appointment, Moonsong became aware that I was pregnant, so I won't be available until my puppies, who will also be looking for homes, won't need me any more. Dad was a mix of Corgi, Lab, and St. Bernard, so who knows what my babies will look like when all grown up?! Their coloring so far is mostly black with some tan, and they will be available at 8 weeks of age. They will have their shots and micro chips, and will be placed on spay/neuter contracts only. If you are interested in me or one of my puppies, please do get your application in and home visit done quickly, since Moonsong rarely has puppies come into rescue.
