Hi, my name is Nakita. I am a young female Malamute whose family moved and left me in the local shelter because they said they couldn't have me at the new home. I am very sweet, good with other medium to larger dogs of both sexes, and children old enough to run and speak clearly. I am not good with crying babies or cats, however, and will chase livestock. I am very house trained, and know sit, down, and come. Like most Malamutes, however, come is more of a suggestion depending on the motivation provided. I am a woolie girl, and once my badly shaved coat (don't EVER do that) grows back in, I will be really lovely. I will need regular combing, and trimming of my feet and bloomers. I like to go for rides and walks, and would be a good jogging companion. I am VERY cuddly, too, and love to be the center of attention. Don't you need a nice sweet girl like me to share your life?
