Moonsong participated in the Pocatello Kennel Club’s (PKC) “Meet the Breeds” event at Caldwell Park, Pocatello, Idaho, on June 7, 2008. The event included a wonderful raffle to benefit the PKC, agility demonstrations, information booths, contests in doggie kissing, costumes, howling, as well as a carting demonstration. We were there with our Breed Ambassador, Yukon, and two of our rescues, Kiana and Cheyenne for the public to meet. Our booth won the favorite breed contest which scored a nice gift certificate!
Lynn Porter helped us with our rescue booth. Our Breed Ambassador and overall mellow boy, Yukon, hangs out in front while rescue dogs Kiana and Cheyenne (has been adopted!) observe activities from the kennel.
